Sign up for the Ozimals forums at: http://forums.ozimals.com/ You need to wait for an email confirmation from them that you have been approved. Then go to: http://support.ozimals.com/ and submit a ticket.  You will get an email confirmation but you need to check your ticket for instructions on what to do.  They will reply to you via the ticket, so be sure to check it every few hours. When you submit a ticket to replace a bunny, do NOT include the Registry ID number (OZ-xxxxxx- xxxxx) from slbreedablepets.com as Ozimals can not use it. Only include the actual bunny information and description line info which is available on the profile or, hopefully, from the seller if they are a registered member of slbreedablepets.com.
